Home Feed:    When you open the Instagram app, you’ll land on your Home Feed. This is where you’ll see posts from the accounts you follow. Scroll vertically to explore a continuous stream of photos and videos. You can double-tap to like a post, tap the speech bubble to leave a comment and tap the bookmark icon to save a post to your collections. Search and Explore:    Tap the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen to access the Search and Explore page. Here, you can search for specific users, hashtags, or keywords. The Explore page also suggests posts, accounts, and hashtags based on your interests and interactions. Post Content:    To share your own photos and videos, tap the “+” icon at the center of the bottom menu. You can take a photo/video using your device’s camera or choose one from your gallery. Apply filters, add captions, tag people, and use hashtags to make your content more discoverable. Stories:    Stories appear at the top of your Home Feed as circular profile pictures.   1. Search and Explore:

   Tap the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen to access the Search and Explore page. Here, you can search for specific users, hashtags, or keywords. The Explore page also suggests posts, accounts, and hashtags based on your interests and interactions.

  1. Post Content:

   To share your own photos and videos, tap the “+” icon at the center of the bottom menu. You can take a photo/video using your device’s camera or choose one from your gallery. Apply filters, add captions, tag people, and use hashtags to make your content more discoverable.

  1. Stories:

   Stories appear at the top of your Home Feed as circular profile pictures. Tap your profile picture or swipe right to create a Story. Stories are short-lived posts that disappear after 24 hours. You can add text, stickers, GIFs, polls, questions, and more to enhance your Story.

  1. Direct Messages (DMs):

   Tap the paper airplane icon at the top right to access your Direct Messages. Here, you can have private conversations with other users. You can send text messages, photos, videos, and even posts from your feed as direct messages.

  1. Notifications:

   The heart icon at the bottom of the screen takes you to your notifications. You’ll see likes, comments, and follows from other users here. You can also find out who mentioned you or liked your comments.

  1. Profile:

   Tap your profile picture at the bottom right to access your profile. Here, you can see your posts, followers, and the following count. You can edit your profile information, such as your bio and contact details. You can also view your saved posts and access Insights if you have a business or creator account.

  1. Reels:

   Reels, are short, creative videos with music, effects, and editing tools. You can access Reels from the Explore page or by tapping the appropriate icons on a user’s profile.

  1. Settings:

   Access your settings by tapping the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) at the top right of your profile. Here, you can adjust your account settings, privacy settings, notifications, and more.
