Overview

Every blogger and YouTuber aspires to monetize their content using Google AdSense. This course is designed to guide you through the process of creating and managing your Google AdSense account, creating ad units, and strategically placing them on your blogger or WordPress website. Your blogging income from AdSense hinges on your website’s traffic; higher traffic translates to more income, while no traffic means no earnings. Google AdSense primarily functions on a pay-per-click model – you earn when users click on your ad units. While it also operates on a CPM basis, the ratio is comparatively low.

Your YouTube earnings are distinct from your blogging income, and each has its own display. The payout threshold is set at 100 USD, and once you reach this threshold, payment is initiated. Google transfers your earnings to your local bank account in your native currency. Upon earning 10 dollars, Google sends a PIN to verify your home address.

Conducting ad experiments is an option to determine the profitability of different ads. By assessing which ads generate more income, you can optimize your strategy. Your Google AdSense dashboard provides a daily overview of your earnings, with higher Cost-Per-Click (CPC) ads contributing to increased income.
